By making your reservation with Cliche Car Service, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:


Reservation Process: To secure your booking with Cliche Car Service, we kindly request your credit card information at the time of reservation. Upon receiving your reservation request and subject to vehicle availability, we will promptly email you a written confirmation. Please note that reservations are considered valid only when confirmed in writing by our office staff. Our professional drivers do not possess the authority to make or confirm reservations, and any verbal confirmations shall be deemed void.

Booking Timing: We recommend making your reservation at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled pick-up time. However, for last-minute requirements, we can accommodate your request based on vehicle availability.

Confirmation Review: To prevent any discrepancies or misunderstandings, we strongly advise you to thoroughly review the confirmation email. It is crucial to verify details such as the pick-up address and scheduled pick-up times. If you discover any inaccuracies in your confirmation, please contact us immediately. Our drivers will rely on the information provided in the confirmation email to plan their routes.

Billing & Payment Processing: To streamline the reservation process, we will charge the credit card provided upon confirmation of your reservation by our team. This prepayment ensures a seamless and hassle-free experience for both our clients and Cliche Car Service.


Cliche Car Service requires a cancellation by phone (623-632-8868) at least 72 hours prior to service for scheduled pickups. Any cancellation not made within the required time by phone will be charged the full rate of the scheduled trip. Hourly charters reservations also require 72 prior notice of cancellation. The only exception is for unexpected flight changes made AFTER boarding.


Booking Changes: 1. Change Requests: a. Passengers may request changes to their booking details, including date, time, pickup location, and destination, subject to availability and prior approval by Cliche Car Service. b. All change requests must be communicated to Cliche Car Service as soon as possible to allow for necessary adjustments.

2. Change Fees: a. Cliche Car Service may apply change fees for modifications made to a confirmed booking. The amount of the change fee, if applicable, will be communicated to the passenger upon request or during the change confirmation process. b. Change fees, if applicable, are non-refundable and must be paid before the revised booking can be confirmed.

3. Availability: a. All changes to bookings are subject to vehicle and driver availability. Cliche Car Service will make reasonable efforts to accommodate change requests, but cannot guarantee availability, especially for last-minute changes. b. In the event that Cliche Car Service cannot accommodate a requested change, the original booking details will remain in effect, and the passenger will be responsible for any applicable cancellation fees, if applicable.

4. Cancellation Policy: a. Changes to a booking may be subject to the cancellation policy of Cliche Car Service. Passengers are advised to review the cancellation policy prior to making any changes to their booking. b. Cancellation fees, if applicable, will be communicated to the passenger upon request or during the change confirmation process.

5. Communication: a. Passengers must communicate all change requests directly to Cliche Car Service's designated contact channels, such as the customer service hotline or email address. b. Changes requested through third-party platforms or intermediaries may not be considered valid until confirmed by Cliche Car Service directly.

6. Last-Minute Changes: a. Last-minute changes requested within a specified timeframe, as determined by Cliche Car Service, may be subject to additional fees or limitations. b. Cliche Car Service reserves the right to refuse last-minute changes if they are not feasible or may disrupt the scheduled operations.

Please note that making changes to a booking may result in additional charges, and availability cannot be guaranteed. Passengers are advised to review and confirm all details before making a booking change.


Cliche Car Service is not responsible for articles lost, stolen, damaged, or left in our vehicles. You expressly waive any and all notice from Cliche Car Service regarding any lost, stolen, damaged or belongings left in our vehicles, or the disposal of same. Please check for your belongings before leaving the vehicle.


Cliche Car Service has the right to charge cleaning fees not limited to and including excessive wear and tear, damage of interior, vomit and/or breakage of glassware. Cliche Car Service will charge you (as the client) or (as the passenger) the cost of cleaning or repairing the vehicle as a result of you or your authorized party for damage or getting sick in the vehicle. In the event that someone gets sick in one of the vehicles, or there is alcohol spillage, Cliche Car Service has the right to charge a one time fee of $250.00 for cleaning. You also agree and acknowledge to pay all the related fees and charges to get the vehicle back to its normal working condition. See "damages" below. Including but not limited to: Burned seats, torn seats, missing glassware and smoke odors. No smoking is permitted in any of the vehicles.


A no-show charge equal to the full rate of the scheduled trip, including any wait time, may be charged if a client fails to be at the scheduled pick-up location within 15 minutes of the scheduled pick-up time. To avoid no-show charges, please be sure to notify us of any changes and/or cancellations. If a passenger does not see our driver at the predetermined time and location, it is the responsibility of the passenger to contact our office at 623-632-8868 immediately. Failure to call if contact is not made will result in a charge at the same rate as if the trip had taken place, plus any waiting time


Cliche Car Service grants a 15 minute grace period after the scheduled pick-up time. After the grace period has expired, wait time will be charged in 15-minute increments from the originally scheduled pick-up time, at the rate of $15.00 per each 15 minutes of waiting time. There are NO wait time charge for unexpected, delayed flights at airport pickups which are posted by the airline after boarding.


If you are using Cliche Car Service for an hourly rate, there are NO charges for additional stops and NO additional mileage charges. In cases of out of town trips, any additional charges will be quoted in advance. Point to point and airport transfers incur a fee of $15 per stop, not including additional wait times.


Cliche Car Service requires all service vehicles to ALWAYS remain smoke free. Failure to comply will result in a $250.00 cleaning fine.


NO alcohol may be consumed in vehicles without a driver partition, NO exceptions. Alcohol consumption is permitted in the limousines for those over the age of 21. We will terminate the ride if anyone under the age of 21 is caught consuming alcohol without any refund. Cliche Car Service has the right to keep the divider down at all times with passengers riding under the age of 18.
