Events FAQ.
How far in advance should I book for a conference? For multi-day events with several vehicles, book as early as you can — ideally a few weeks out. For a single meeting or a short run of pickups, we can usually arrange transport on shorter notice, but earlier is always safer during peak season.
Can you move multiple guests at different times on the same day? Yes. We build a run sheet around your session and arrival times, so different guests can be picked up at different points across the day without waiting on each other.
Do you provide an itinerary or run sheet? Yes. Once the schedule is confirmed, we send over a run sheet showing each pickup time, location, passenger name and assigned vehicle, so everyone knows exactly what to expect.
Is there a minimum group size? No. We handle single attendees and speaker pickups as well as full teams. The vehicle scales to the headcount — a sedan for one or two, a Sprinter van or two for a larger group.
What happens if a session runs late? If your timing shifts on the day, let your chauffeur know and we'll adjust the pickup. A dedicated driver stays on your event's schedule rather than a fixed, one-way route.
