WM Phoenix Open Transportation & Car Service

From Phoenix Sky Harbor to Your Scottsdale Stay

Start your visit with PHX airport car service to your Scottsdale hotel, resort or other destination. We can coordinate your PHX arrival, hotel transfer, tournament transportation and return airport transfer as part of one itinerary. Your flight details, passenger count and luggage help us plan a vehicle and schedule that suit your visit.

Hotel and Resort Pickup for TPC Scottsdale

Enjoy private transportation to TPC Scottsdale from your hotel or resort, with a pickup planned around where you're staying and when you want to arrive. Our Scottsdale car service also connects your stay with restaurants and other local destinations, so your transportation can support the whole visit, not just the tournament.

Choose your vehicle around your group and what you're bringing. Airport luggage, golf bags and multiple stops can influence which option best suits even a small party.

Private Black Car Service for Individuals and Small Parties

Our private sedan service suits individual travelers, couples and smaller business parties looking for a professional chauffeured ride. Choose a black sedan for hotel-to-event transportation or an airport transfer when your passenger and luggage needs fit the vehicle.

Black SUV Transportation

Choose black SUV transportation when your party needs more space than a sedan. Private SUV transportation is a practical option for families, colleagues and visitors carrying luggage. Passenger and bag details help us match the vehicle to your trip.

Executive Sprinter and Group Transportation

Keep colleagues or guests on a shared itinerary with an executive Sprinter van. Our executive van transportation connects the airport, hotel and tournament for groups traveling together. Tell us about your passengers, luggage and golf equipment so we can help select a suitable vehicle and check availability.

Confirm Pickup Times and Event Access Arrangements

Share when you would like to arrive and where your journey starts. Tournament traffic and current access rules influence the timing and permitted meeting locations. Confirm your pickup plan before travel rather than relying on a normal-day drive time or assuming that a private car can stop at a particular gate.

Arrange the Ride Back Before You Go

Plan the ride back as part of your WM Phoenix Open car service, with a preferred departure time and a contact for the day. The return meeting point may differ from the drop-off location. Discuss waiting requirements or possible schedule changes during booking so your transportation fits the evening's plans.

Include Dinner, Golf, and Other Scottsdale Stops

Extend your itinerary beyond the tournament with transportation to Scottsdale restaurants, golf courses, hotels and other planned stops. Multi-stop or hourly service lets you build the ride around your visit. Discuss the destinations, timing and any waiting needs when booking so these journeys are covered in your quote.

Can I arrange PHX airport and tournament transportation together?

Yes. We can coordinate your airport transfers, hotel transportation and tournament journeys within one itinerary. Flight details and your event plans help us schedule each leg.

Can you pick us up at our Scottsdale hotel or resort?

Yes. Private hotel and resort pickup can be arranged for your trip to TPC Scottsdale. We'll coordinate the pickup point with your property's address and travel plans.

Which vehicle should I request for our group?

A sedan, SUV or executive Sprinter van may suit your group, depending on passengers, luggage and golf equipment. Share those details and we can help select a suitable option and check availability.

Where will we be dropped off and picked up at TPC Scottsdale?

Meeting locations depend on current tournament rules. Confirm the arrangements before your trip; do not assume drop-off and return pickup will use the same point.

How far ahead should I request transportation?

Once your dates and group plans are known, it's a good time to get a quote. Planning ahead gives you time to arrange the vehicle, schedule and return journey.

Make transportation one less thing to manage during WM Phoenix Open week. For a personalized quote, share your travel dates, pickup location, passengers and luggage, along with preferred timing and return plans. Add any hotel, restaurant or golf stops, and let Cliche Car Service help coordinate the journeys around your visit.
